ARTD (auto return to dock) switches are additional switches designed to activate the dock leveler if the truck pulls out from the loading dock without first removing the dock leveler. ARTD switches are typically fixed to the frame of the dock leveler. This ARTD switch, for use with Kelley dock levelers, is intended to replace the dual mercury switch setup on other Kelley dock levelers. It is available for purchase via special order.
